Plants, factories, heavy-duty slabs
Industrial Flooring Services
Industrial floors have to take point loads, wheeled traffic, and daily abrasion — not just look finished on handover. ASVDF Flooring builds heavy-duty floors for plants, warehouses, and factories, with VDF (vacuum dewatered) concrete as a core system and epoxy coatings where the brief needs chemical or abrasion protection.
What industrial flooring has to do
A factory or warehouse slab is a working surface. Forklifts, pallet trucks, racking feet, and process equipment all bear on the same concrete. Dusting, ruts, and early joint failure slow operations. The floor specification should follow loads, traffic type, flatness needs, and any chemical or hygiene requirements — not a generic “industrial finish”.
Systems we install
VDF flooring is the usual base for large industrial slabs that need a dense, power-trowelled wearing surface. Epoxy coatings are used where a seamless, chemical-resistant layer is required over a prepared substrate. Commercial-grade concrete floors cover halls and support spaces that still need durability without a full industrial spec.
Industrial applications
- Manufacturing plant floors
- Automobile and engineering units
- Food processing areas (where a concrete or coated system is specified)
- Warehousing and logistics buildings
- Loading bays and production aisles
How a project is run
We plan around pour sequence, access, curing, and the client’s commissioning date. Machinery on site includes vacuum dewatering units, power trowels, and screeds. Quality control is treated as part of the pour, not a report written afterwards. ASVDF is based in Hyderabad and executes industrial flooring projects across major industrial hubs in India.
